Cackets Farm Livery Yard is a traditional brick built yard, set in a 200 acre private estate in the village of Cudham, Kent.

Owned and managed by BC First Equestrian Ltd  under the watchful eye of Bethany Coates, the yard prides itself on providing a 5* service tailored to each horse’s individual needs.

Bethany has been with horses all her life. She has wide ranging practical experience and is a graduate of Hadlow College. She is supported by highly experienced staff who ensure that both horse and owner enjoy a  truly 5* service.
